Thank you for following my musical works and endeavors. I was born in Budapest, part of the Hungarian generation that admired electronic and non-electronic music from a young age, including legends like Jean M. Jarre, Vangelis, D.Mode, Giorgio, and many more.
In my childhood, I acquired musical knowledge as a mandatory part of my education, thanks to the Universe, Mathematics, and Physics. Despite financial constraints, I collected vinyl records, compact cassettes, and some CDs in the mid to late '90s. I delved into the world of EVOSonic radio station, tasting genuine Acid/Trance/Ambient styles.
Due to financial limitations, I couldn't afford modular or synthesizer purchases, so I manually spliced loops and samples. My journey into electronic music production began around 1998, a process hindered by technical limitations. As a radio amateur, I crafted my equipment, including a speed-controllable turntable and a cassette deck with speed regulation.
Digitally, my introduction to "digital" music editing was on a friend's Sony PS1 with Sanyi, and I acquainted myself with Fruity Loops. Reflecting back, it was a significant leap for me, confirming that this was the path forward.
Our beloved mother did everything for our survival, and I had to self-develop my studies and skills. Eventually, I proudly completed my first serious two-track mini Trance album, "In My Trancelogy," using Fruity Loops 3 for mastering.
Life had breaks due to financial reasons, but I later worked in well-known venues like Siófok PalaceDanceClub, Budapest Club7, B7, Coronita, Cegléd DJ's Pub, Siófok Palace Caffe, Pub Daddy, etc.
Later, I bid farewell to my homeland, worked in other countries, and continued my studies. I hold five professions and two engineering degrees. My childhood workshop experiences with my StepFater and Grandpa (Gery's Playground) shaped my self-taught carpentry and machining skills.
In Hungary, I started Ghost Producing because of limitations at that time. It was the only way for development and recognition.
My journey has been long and challenging, but I'm grateful and proud of everything. Thanks to everyone who contributed, even those who took something away.
Now, it's time for me to showcase my works individually, no longer as a Ghost Producer. GVSL Recordings (Gery Viber Sound Laboratory), an independent label, is progressing well. You can find my music on SoundCloud, Spotify, Twitch, Facebook, etc., and GVSL Recordings is under continuous development.
After two decades, I've built finish my own professional studio.
